Trying to figure out when we retest to find new maxes? Deloadd week doesn’t include 1rms.

Does anyone have any knowledge on this or best guesses? The second month I just pushed the weights up a bit but want to be more precise

I’d use the AMRAP set during the 4th week (deload week) to help estimate your new 1RM and gauge the load for the next cycle off of that. You could use a 1rm calculator like this one to help with that: https://strengthlevel.com/one-rep-max-calculator
