What is the best way the first of all get your maintenance calories calculator formula etc and then the steps to get your cutting and lean bulk macros and calories I’ve looked at macro calculators online many answers step by step the right way as far as getting my maintenance calories I use two different methods of DMR formula I believe it was Mifflin j e o r and then your body weight x 14 to 16 and go from there anyone has an explanation or a better way thank you
