Doug hepburn powerbuilding programm

has anyone ran the programm? if yes how it went?
here are some questions about the spreadsheet
Its better to start with power phase for 2-3 cycles and then after
burn out to go in pump phase? for 1 cycle and again power phase?
Accesories volume/intesity?
