Grip strength - strength and endurance

Hi all
I’d love to get some feedback/advice on improving grip strength. I’m a BJJ player but also just love grip strength training - my biggest issue is programming. How often? What intensity etc?

I’ve seen so many articles saying specialise on it twice a week or do a variety of exercises everyday! Hard to know what’s right !
