Military Training

I will be joining the SA Army in 2023 and due to that will be starting a military-style program that will take up 3 days of my week with PT. Mainly marching, running, pullups and pushups, but I have been using a powerlifting program and I’m pretty strong and don’t want to stop doing weighted training. Although, I can’t find a weighted workout program that is light enough to not affect my Military program but tough enough that I can at least maintain my strength. Does anyone know of a weighted workout program that fits the criteria of my situation?

Sorry for the late reply here. I’d check out Tactical Barbell. These are strength programs designed for military and first responders.
