I’ve got 2 questions:

  1. In the spreadsheet for powerbuilding most of the accessories only list 2 sets for each exercise, with blank cells for set 3 & 4. So should we stop at 2 sets or are sets 3&4 optional?

  2. Is it advisable to partner the powerbuilding programming with the 10-k running program?
